Rate Chart for Domestic Shipping

Quarterly Orders

$00.01 - $10.00 add $1.95 to the order

$10.01 - $20.00 add $5.50 to the order

$20.01 - $50.00 add $6.00 to the order

$50.01 - $100.00 add 12% to the order

$100.01 - 150.00 add 10% to the order

$150.01 - $1,000.00 add 7% to the order

$1,000.01 - $3,000.00 add 5% to the order

Orders over $3,000.00 shipping/handling is free

Subscription Orders

Divide your subscription total by the number of quarters you will receive. (If ordering a one-year subscription, divide by 4.) This will show you which total to refer to on the above chart. Multiply the quarterly shipping rate by the number of quarters you ordered. This is the shipping amount you should add to your subtotal. (TOTAL shipping charges are due at the time order is placed.)

Example: Your BIBLE EXPOSITOR AND ILLUMINATOR subscription order totals $16.00 (for a one-year subscription); divide by four quarters to see your quarterly amount is $4.00. Refer to the chart above to see that shipping a quarterly order of $4.00 costs $1.95 each quarter. Multiply the $1.95 by the four quarters, which equals $7.80. Add $7.80 to the $16.00 and send $23.80.

Special Shipping

Shipping is at your expense.

Orders may be shipped by USPS Express Mail, UPS Next-Day-Air, UPS Second-Day-Air, and UPS Third-Day-Select.

No weekend UPS deliveries.*

No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses on UPS orders.

Standard Shipping

Shipping/handling charges are at your expense.

Orders may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with Standard Shipping by mail; please call our order department at 1-800-638-9988 for special requests.

Orders may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

No international orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
